CORPUS v.1.4: New copyedits, language removal
Hi everyone, and welcome to CORPUS v.1.4. There are no changes or additions to content, only a few copyedits. One of these edits concerns the word “cakewalk,” and variations thereof. I only just learned that it’s a term entrenched in minstrel stereotypes of enslaved Black people, and I used it in a section of this supplement. I apologise for any harm and upset that my ignorance caused, and I’ve removed the term from the game. After I learned about the origins of the word, I did some reading about it and I’m sharing some of the most helpful resources I found online.

I don’t revisit older projects often, but I have a very good memory for the material I write and I wanted to correct this one.
